These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website giexecutivetransportation.com and any related services (together, the "Services") provided by GI Executive Transportation LLC ("Global Insight", "we", "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Editorial nature of the Services

The Services publish editorial travel content, including itineraries, transfer guides, and destination writing. The content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed travel agent, medical professional, or other qualified expert. Travel involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any information on the Services for your own circumstances and for making your own arrangements with third party providers.

3. No booking service

Global Insight does not book or sell flights, hotels, tours, transport, or any other travel product. Any transactions arising from information published on the Services are between you and the relevant third party provider. We are not a party to those transactions and we accept no responsibility for their conduct.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, images, illustrations, editorial layouts, code, and design, is owned by Global Insight or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and view the content for your personal, non commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Short quotations with proper attribution are permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services in a manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes the rights of any third party; (c) transmits harmful code or interferes with the technical operation of the Services; (d) scrapes, mirrors or otherwise systematically copies content; or (e) uses automated agents to access the Services except for search engine crawlers behaving in accordance with the robots.txt file.

If you submit comments, feedback, corrections, or other material to us through the Services or by email, you grant Global Insight a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that material in connection with the Services and our other activities, in whole or in part, without further compensation. The Services may contain links to third party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. Global Insight does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of that site.

8. Accuracy

We take reasonable care in preparing our editorial content, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free from error. Prices, opening hours, ticketing systems, transit schedules, and other operational details change frequently. You are responsible for verifying such details with the primary source before relying on them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Global Insight, other users, or third parties.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
